President Donald Trump announced today at his home in Mar-a-Lago Florida that he has chosen Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster as his new National Security Advisor replacing Lt General Michael Flynn who resigned last week. McMaster is widely regarded as one of the leading intellectuals in the US Army.
Also noted is that Trump said former ambassador to the United Nations under President George W. Bush, John Bolton will serve in the administration in some capacity. Bolton also interviewed for the National Security Advisor position.
